HITA is committed to this focus, recognising fully that different agroclimatic zones within Himalayas (High-Himalayas, Mid-Himalayan Valleys and Lower-Himalayas and hills) and the different states require differentiated focus, approaches and partnerships. HITA’s programmes are vehicles to make that happen.
