Advocacy and Policy Engagement
- Reimagining the future: Collaborate with individuals and organisations to reimagine the future of Himalayas with implementation roadmaps. Our team members have contributed to SAMRIDH Himachal Vision 2045 process (through GIZ in the initial stage). A similar process is being initiated in the Ladakh Union Territory
- Policy Advocacy: Actively engage in dialogue with government, think-tanks and local government agencies to promote policies that support sustainable development and investment
- Awareness Campaigns: Run campaigns to educate the public about environmental and social issues facing the region, fostering greater community engagement
- Economic, Environmental and Social Research: Conduct studies to assess the impacts and adaptation to climate change for development of local ecosystems and communities.
- Publish Findings: Share research findings through reports and conferences to raise awareness and influence policy
